Our firm represents clients involving Immigration and Naturalization matters.  This includes, but is not limited to, Immigrant Visas, Non-Immigrant Visas, and Naturalization/Citizenship. These are also some additional considerations that may be helpful to contemplate.

Additional Considerations

We represent clients in filing the appropriate petitions and/or applications with the USCIS (formerly known as INS) or appropriate U.S. consulate. Clients may not be aware of the many types of supporting documentation that will enable them to obtain their visas.  Additionally, many clients are not aware that certain things can negatively impact their status, including:

  • Overstays
  • Arrests / Convictions
  • Health / HIV issues
  • Working without permission

Any one of these issues can affect your ability to remain in this country.  If you have questions regarding your immigration issues, contact us for a free telephone consultation.  For immediate assistance, please call our law office.
